USF Introduces the new three Graduate programs: MA in Investor Relations & MA International Studies for Fall (August 2009) and MS Risk Management for Spring (January 2010)!
Master of Arts in International Studies (MAIS) focuses on development and the environment, political, economic aspects of globalization, human rights, peace and conflict, international law and organizations. As an interdisciplinary program, student integrate and apply knowledge across disciplines in order to analyze global issues and problems. Students enrolled full-time can complete the program in either 12 months or 16 months. More information of the program and application requirement can be found at www.usfca.edu/mais.
Master of Arts in Investor Relations combines a strong foundation of financial knowledge with the sophisticated public relations skills required in client relationships. The MAIR Program is designed for the student who seeks to develop a career as a critical agent in the communication of private and public companies' results and future prospects. USF’s MAIR offers two versions program of study: 2-year professional and 1-year intensive MA investor in Relations. Master of Science in Risk Management provides students with strong training in the knowledge required by the Financial Risk Manager? (FRM) and the Chartered Financial Analyst? (CFA? designation by the CFA Institute) programs. The MSRM program is offered as a one-year full time program available to students with strong quantitative backgrounds. It covers the many of the same courses as the USF MSFA program with a focus on the use of mathematics, statistics, and computer programming in modeling and managing financial risk.
